GlassBiller has gone through some significant changes in 2019! We are proud to be constantly evolving our product to be the best in the auto glass software business. Today we are going to take a look at some of the most significant changes that we rolled out for 2019. All these changes were designed with auto glass shops in mind, trying to make your lives easier through GlassBiller.
We have started utilizing the sidebar on our pro.glassbiller homepage. This is where we have been able to keep the GlassBiller community updated with the latest news, videos, and blogs. Now you never have to worry about missing and new updates to our auto glass point of sale software. Green posts represent our “Tech Tuesday” posts, which are our weekly updates. Blue posts represent new videos. Finally, grey posts represent blogs on GlassBiller.com.
This year we launched our youtube channel! Here we have uploaded over 15 different videos highlighting how to use our glass billing software. These videos cover both of our companion applications, Saleside and Techside mobile. Within a few months of uploading these videos we already have over 1,000 views. Next we have released the redesigned version of the PDF. This brought along a more readable format with automatic resizing capabilities. Additionally, we have allowed the addition of color shop logos. The logos are able to be dropped with no hassle making PDFs more personalized for each shop.
Techside Native Application
Following the redesign launch was the launch of our Techside Mobile Native Application. This is a downloadable mobile application for both IOS and Android. The application has additional options and features that are not available when using the web browser. Technicians are now able to save data offline, view all their jobs for the day, and finish jobs directly from their app. The seamless integration with GlassBiller makes this the perfect companion application to use while finishing jobs.
The support button has been a great tool created. This is a quick and easy way to submit support tickets directly to the GlassBiller team. By including details and information about any issue, it allows for speedy resolutions. We highly encourage everyone to submit support tickets in the case that they have any problems.
Our final major release for 2019 is the texting feature. While still in beta, starting January 1st the texting feature will be a paid addition to GlassBiller. The texting feature allows shops to allocate a phone number directly to their GlassBiller account. This way shops can easily communicate with their team and clients, without giving out personal phone numbers or information.
